Hindu Society of Victoria is facilitating Yoga classes with Vasudeva Kriya Yoga Centre.
The Vasudeva Kriya Yoga course provides in-depth knowledge of Yoga and its principles while instilling correct practising technique in the student. The weekly sessions cover theoretical and practical aspects of Yoga Asanas, Pranayama and Meditation.
At Shiva Vishnu Temple the classes are being held for over 5 years and has benefited hundreds of students.
Classes are conducted by Founder of Vasudeva Kriya Yoga Shri Rajendra Yenkannamoole weekly on Saturdays from 11am to 12:30pm at the Cultural and Heritage Centre. The Vasudeva Kriya Yoga Centre charges a nominal fee of $75 per a term of 10 sessions.
